This was one of the topics that our group was given today. I thought it would be appropriate to post this link that provides information on both sides of the argument, and gives many citations from government sources.
Serves the purpose of my Group Dynamics class, and educating others on myths, misconceptions, and benefits. One benefit being taxation and regulation.
